If a Sulphur is registered with the American Sulphur Horse Association as a purebred Sulphur, a copy of those papers can accompany the foals application to register as an Iberian Sporthorse & Warmblood. The other parent can be a purebred ASHA horse or a horse that has no papers at all. The American Sulphur horse that founds the line must be DNA tested and registered in the ASHA.
The parent American Sulphur does not need to be registered with this registry in order to have its progeny registered. It only needs to be registered with the ASHA.
We will of course register purebred ASHA horses as Iberian Sport Horses.
