When a registered horse is sold, either the seller or the purchaser shall send the original certificate of registration to the Registrar with the proper fee.
Fee for transfers is $5.00 per horse for ASHA members, $10.00 per horse for non-members. Photo requirement for a transfer is ONE close up full body photo with the same requirements as for a original registration, showing as many markings as possible; more than one photo may be submitted if desired.
E-mail address of owner should be included with the original certificate and sent to the registrar. Transfer will be done and the new Registration Certificate will be sent to the new owner.
All checks must be made out to the SulphurSprings Horse Registry Inc.
